The problem

Your own Skool page says the program is normally $4,998. You sell it for $39.

215k people follow your work and 1,200 artists sit in the Masterclass. The most any of them can pay you is $39 a month. Above that, the only thing you sell is your own chair at Studio Malm, and that's capped by how many hours you can tattoo. So the ceiling doesn't move, however good the content gets.

Someone who was exactly here

The creators who break this ceiling don't make more content. They add one offer above the community.

It's the same move every time. The audience stays, the free content stays, the $39 community stays. On top of it sits one guided program for the artists who are ready to go further, sold on a live masterclass and a short call. You already did the hard part, which is building the thing people trust. The piece that's missing is the step between $39 and your chair.

The maths

An artist who gets booked 90 days out at a day rate earns the fee back in a few sessions.

Nobody at that level is buying lessons. They're buying your eyes on their stencils, a portfolio that sells for them and a calendar that's full. For a working artist that's worth thousands a month, every month. Ten of them a month out of an audience your size isn't a stretch, and that's before a single ad runs.

The objection you're already forming

"That sounds like a lot more work." It's the call you already run.

High ticket done badly is more 1:1s. Done properly it's one 90-minute group call a week (you already run four live coaching calls a month in Skool), async reviews in the community you already have, and someone on your side taking the sales calls. Roughly the same hours, for many times the revenue.
